Enrollment: By enrolling in any V.S.L ICT Academy course, participants agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. The academy reserves the right to cancel enrollment if false information is detected.
Payment: Payment for courses must be made in full before gaining access to course materials. V.S.L ICT Academy retains the right to adjust course fees with prior notice.
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the course start date. No refunds will be issued after this period. Refunds are subject to a processing fee, and any materials accessed or received during the course will be deducted from the refund amount.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment during the course. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.
Access to Course Materials: Course materials are provided for the duration of the course and are accessible only to enrolled participants. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or course materials is strictly prohibited.
Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware and software to access the course materials. V.S.L ICT Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end.
